Bella Italia - South Gloucestershire

The dining experience was pleasant (we tried the breakfast menu), but it was difficult to flag down our server after placing our initial order. With only one waitress catering to the entire restaurant, the late morning rush on a Saturday seemed to overwhelm her, resulting in slightly lacking service.

The servers were attractive, however, we experienced long wait times and felt uncomfortable eating under the heating lamp for a while. Our past experiences at Bella Italia have been positive, so our feelings were mixed. Luckily, we were able to use a Taste Card for four people, which was great.

It was average. Not anything outstanding, but overall I had a pleasant experience and the staff were friendly.

Typical Italian chain restaurant, good atmosphere on Thursday night. in general a good meal, although, it must be said that the 'new' dralls garlic brot starter were very small, the waitress thought the same and was happy to take them off from the bill. the main thing were generous portions, and my "marinara spaghetti" had a good help for seafood.

Had a really nice time here, food was good reasonably priced, staff were lovely. Very nice surroundings. We came when it was quiet, that probably helped.
