Ono Hawaiian Bbq - South Gate

I was informed that they couldn't accommodate my request for two different styles in my order, yet when I arrived, I saw it being advertised on one of their screens. Their staff definitely needs better training. Additionally, I believe I caught a stomach flu from their food; I've been dealing with it for over a week now. This was my first and last time trying their food. Honestly, I don't understand why people recommended it; it's not that great—just average, in my opinion.

I had a great white fish salad for $12.29. The portion size is generous, enough for two meals. I can't comment much on the flavor of the fish itself, as it's quite plain; most of the taste comes from the dressing and tartar sauce that accompany it. The restaurant is very clean and conveniently located next to El Súper and Target.

When I come it is always looks super clean ????the food tastes amazing! The customer service for me has always been great! 10/10 the employees are very polite, attentive, and helpful.

I ordered food from here in advance for my family, and it was delicious as always. I've never had any complaints. I just wish we had an Ono location in Illinois!

This location gives out a smaller portions of chicken/beef. Also macaroni salad was salty.
