Quick friendly service; they made a mistake with my order but there was no issues in getting it fix. Please have menus available on the countertop and maybe on the condiments table too? The TV constantly changing of menu items is confusing. Delicious food.

What happened to this place. I get the prices go up and I am willing to pay for good food. But the portions got smaller, especially with the pricy combos. It is sad to see how these food chains take advantage of the inflation.

I placed a large order and noticed when I got home that the rangoons I ordered were missing. Additionally, one of my main dishes that I specifically asked to have no rice and only salad contained chicken and rice instead. To top it off, the fish I ordered was still pink in the middle.

I really enjoy this place, but it's often inconsistent. Sometimes the portions are generous, while other times, when I order the chicken katsu, I end up with just fried dough. Unfortunately, tonight was one of those nights where I received fried dough.

I visit this location more often due to the excellent customer service provided by the cashier, Kim. She is incredibly attentive and friendly! I feel at ease when she's there to take my order. Thank you!
