Port City Roasters - SOUTH FREMANTLE

We had a table for eight, was a busy morning but an outside table was found. Staff were excellent, as was the food and coffee, shame we didn't find the time to go back for a second visit.

Very tasty food but the team is a bit unapproachable. I still had a delicious lunch and that's the main thing. I recommend the burger ;

Walked in sat at the table the staff gave us then ordered food then had to Pay in advance for food which was fine I have money but I thought was odd..! Then staff had attitude with me after I found hair in my food. I felt unheard felt targeted as a black Person, staff member couldn’t apologise couldn’t give a full refund then when asked for a full refund they took my sons food away as well put it in the BIN .! gave me $21 for the food that had hair in it out of the $60 I had spent there .! staffing There is rude racist. Will Be contacting city council first thing Next week.! Port City Roasters ..!! South St, Freo.. eat here if you want crabs with your meals.! Taking this further as I can like the staff member said to me “ do what you gotta do “ so I will.!!! :

Don't bother, place was empty, waited half an hour at a table and walked out. Food was overpriced, not much selection and bad service.

Nice food and coffee... but they have a drive thru next to the alfresco area. So there’s cars idling right next to you while your dining. Nothing like the ambience of a diesel V8
