Chipotle Mexican Grill

The server appeared to have an attitude issue and seemed uninterested in helping customers. She gave a customer in front of me a cold reception and was reluctant to assist him when he asked for something extra. It seemed like it would ruin her day. I regret not taking a picture of her because she treated me in the same unhelpful manner when taking my order. Many of the tables were dirty and the juice machine was broken once again. It always seems like it's constantly out of order.

As an employee in the fast food industry, I believe I have the authority to offer critiques when I observe poor service at other fast food chains. Multiple instances have occurred where this particular restaurant has opened an hour late, despite their online opening hours indicating otherwise. During late-night visits with friends after the gym, I have witnessed staff members closing off sections of the customer area to avoid cleaning up. Additionally, they have recently implemented a charge for extra rice and have become stingy with portion sizes in their bowls.
