Panda Express - South Elgin

I ordered a family package for delivery that included 2 chicken dishes, beef and broccoli, fried rice, and some greens. Unfortunately, the meal was quite disappointing. I had to discard the dish with broccoli; it was not good at all. The beef was slimy, and while the fried rice was at least edible, it lacked any flavor. The chicken was inconsistent, resembling old chicken nuggets smothered in sauce. Overall, this was a complete waste of money. I would recommend going somewhere else for a better meal.

I encountered a frustrating experience at this restaurant. There were eight employees wandering around, yet no one seemed to be paying attention to what was happening. I received part of my order but was told to wait five minutes for the next item, which was supposedly being cooked. I glanced into the kitchen and saw that no one was working on anything. After a lengthy wait of 15 minutes, the cook finally arrived to start preparing the food. Overall, it was a very disappointing visit. I waited over 20 minutes to receive the second part of my order, and by then, the first item was already cold. To top it off, no sauce was included. It's really unacceptable!

It's average for a chain restaurant. There are definitely several Chinese restaurants in town that offer better food and larger portions. However, you'll also be paying significantly more for those places. You get what you pay for.

I pre-ordered my food for pickup got there 10 minutes early told the employee my name and was advised they were going to be making it waited for an hour as they continued to take walk ins and disregarding me standing and waiting with my toddler… and then when it was close to closing time they had the nerve to ask me what I ordered because nothing came up for me…and the employee said he was embarrassed for me, told them what I ordered and we got the bottom of the barrel of what was left and I had to substitute 3 things that I ordered because they didn’t want to make anything! my kids were very upset because they didn’t get what they wanted worst service ever!

Was eating my food and found plastic in it, and owner says that they don’t use plastic in their kitchen.
