Mi Vallarta - South Elgin

Everything was fantastic! The portion sizes were great for the price. The waitstaff were very attentive and ensured we had everything we needed.

This restaurant is quite expensive, with both drinks and food marked up by an additional $10.

They gave my family and I rotten steak. It had a foul smell and the steak inside was green in the inside. They only offered us a 50% discount instead of taking it out of the bill. The manager was no where to found, they happen to “just left for other commitments”. They told us they would give us only a 50% discount because we ate some of it or for them to make a new one. The food was distributed among 4 people. Making it seem it was eaten. They did not give us a discount at the end they just remade the food. Worst experience ever.

The food is great, but the prices are a bit high. The maintenance of the bathrooms is terrible, smells bad and they are very dirty.
