Dunkin' - South Elgin

This is the Dunkin' I always go to out of geographic convenience, but it always feels like I'm taking a risk on if they'll get my order right. Staff is friendly enough and the coffee and donuts are usually decent, but I've had too many experiences with myorder being wrong/incomplete for this to be my go-to location any more.

Medium ice coffee, oak milk brown sugar and cold foam on top . Very simple. People working there have a hard time following my order. I complaint and they wanna have an attitude about it . Bunch of young dumb teens that don't know how to do therejob.

Really starting to dread coming to this location They are the absolute worst in how long they take to do everything and there?s almost always a mistake. Even with only one or two cars in line They still manage to turn it into 20 minutes and commonmistakes include many wrong orders and charging me wrong amounts, also half the time they do not have cream cheese to go whichI?m not told until I?m ready to pay. I?ve had to leave the line atleast twice in a month after how much time was lost. I do alsobelieve it?s the morning staff that causes all of the issues everyone is complaining about. I told the girl today that this isgetting ridiculous and she simply agreed.

I ordered a coffee online at this location using me free drink perk. When I went to pick it up not only was it cold. They also forgot to put the flavoring I asked for in my coffee. As well on the same trip me partner had orders us food, and they forgother sandwich and and mine was cold also. When asked how the forgot it they replied ?we ran out of everything bagels? so thesolution is to not give me the the sandwich entirely? Won?t be coming here again.

I come here every morning before work as it?s right next to my house the only one on my way. They always just throw my donut in face down so literally all the icing comes off it?s a complete waste of money. The morning staff always have a badattitude. I find that the evening staff are a bit nicer. Really wish they would put a little bit more effort in. It?s not thathard to just gently place the donut in the bag.
