Culver's - South Elgin

Had the Roast Beef sandwich which was very hard and extremely dry, along with onion rings that were soggy and like they were sitting around for a time. For over $25 the food should be better. This will be my last purchase from this location.

I always love Culver's when I started going there I was getting the fish dinner it with the fries or the potatoes or the fish sandwich but since I have diabetes I can't do the burgers anymore I can't do the fries anymore I can't do the potatoes anymore but I could do the things without the buns and of course people with diabetes are allowed to eat custard so having their shakes are very good I love the restaurant thing going to the actually to the St Charles Illinois one since they opened and I've been going to the North Aurora one for years upon years the one in Elgin was the only time I only want one time but it was delicious and I ordered a butter burger which was to die for!

We went to Culver’s for a concrete mixer 40min before closing. I got my ice cream and it was more melted than a shake. I went back inside to complain and the employees offered no solutions, no refund. They also mentioned that they turned off their ice cream cooling compartment 1.5 hours before ours arrival. What is the point of softening the ice cream by turning off the machine 2 hours before close. Ridiculous!

The service is quick and friendly. The staff takes the time to ensure that all orders are accurate before handing them to customers.

I used to really enjoy dining here, but I've recently discovered that they fry everything together, including the fish and pork. If you don't eat pork, I wouldn't recommend eating anything here.
