Coronado Mexican Kitchen And Margarita House

I recently dined at this Mexican restaurant. I am a vegetarian so I ordered vegetarian enchiladas and chimichanga. The Vegetarian Chimichanga were pretty good and crispy, filled with beans, cheese, and an array of vegetables, it was perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. The Vegetarian Enchiladas with Verde Sauce were filled with a blend of fresh vegetables, cheese, and topped with a tangy verde sauce that had just the right amount of spice. The best part of dinner was Tres Leches Cake! The cake was moist, soaked in a rich combination of three milk and had a subtle hint of cinnamon that added a warm and comforting flavor.

Great experience. Loved the table side guac made with pineapple and bacon. Yummy! Get the queso fundito... And the giant burrito was just that. My son had a very thick and juicy looking quesadilla... $5 housemade margueritas and my horchata was great. (Picky about horchata). Nicely done interior and staff was very nice. Clean bathrooms.

First: Hand made GUACAMOLE, from a cart at your table. That's all you need! The meals are good, and not over priced. The tiny blob of sour sour cream was disappointing, but not a big deal. Overall, a decent place.

The food was good we thought that fajitas were best, especially after they sit for a while. Lots of fun drinks. If you're looking for a place to have a good time with the boys or girls, this is a good choice. Coronado's is a good start to a party weekend.

Went for dinner with my kid and I kid you not they don't serve us for 10 min as they didn't realize we were seated but then they lose my kid's order so I get my meal and am 3/4 finished and the waiter/manager comes by and I ask where the meal is and they proceed to tell me that they will go find out... after 10 min her meal comes and I was livid as they took no ownership of the fact that they messed up and then the waiter/manager has the nerve to tell me he will take $5 off after I told him I wont pay for the item. They proceeded to debate the situation with me until they realized they messed up and should own it. Terrible service, not worth the headache, so many better places in town. Treat your customers better.
