Love the buratta! They were so friendly when i arrived and just asked how do I get it lol they are cash only. Not really a store must come knowing what you want. Love them!!

Gioia is by far the best Italian Cheese Factory in Southern California. Their mozzarella and cheeses are as close as you can get to the original products in Italy. Their ricotta cheese is THE BEST. Nobody has it this good. I live 65 miles away from them , but this is the only place I go to buy what I need. I highly recommend it

The staff at Gioia Cheese are very friendly accomidating. More importantly, the cheeses here are made with whole milk, making the mozzarella taste so much better than many of the competitors out there who use powders instead. The flavor of the burrata is rich creamy. The mozzarella is very fresh flavorful. Overall, Gioia Cheese is a great place to get the most authentic flavors of Italian mozzarella to your table.
