Burger King - South Charleston

I had a pretty big order when I went through the drive thru, but they didn't forget anything! Even to sauces. And honestly, the manager who worked was also super nice and apologized for waiting. (It was not her fault, they gave me hot food at a reasonable time)

A mosquito was in my food!! I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with NO Mayo and a large number of frits. I have frits with a dead mosquito and a spicy chicken sandwich with extra Mayo!!! This was NOT a good experience, would not recommend this Burger King at all!!!

Went through the drive thru and my order was taken correctly but when I gave the lady the coupon for my daughter's happy meal. The lady had change items on my order. And didn't take my coupon off

Fries were like warm. Our order was wrong supposed to have no lettuce but it did. Don't bother with the jalapeno cheese poppers, they are awful. Giving 3 starts because service was good and crew was really nice. Food needs improvement.

FYI BK has the best coffee. And I'm a big coffee drinker. You always make my coffee right. Check out the BK app! Only down is that the entrance in BK could cause an accident or traffic block. You should rebuild or redesign
