Mcdonald's - South Cambridgeshire

Stopped en route to Felixstowe, to be honest I wish I hadn't bothered! Food was cold, odd considering it looked as though it had been cooked for hours! Chips were cold and also looked like they had been reheated! Served pretty quickly considering how many people were waiting! Disappointed for a McDonald's to be perfectly honest! Won't be in a rush to go back!

Electronic machines not working. Really noisy place. Horrible

Ordered breakfast, they missed a hash brown out on my breakfast and no syrup on my wife's breakfast. Trainee serving and no supervisor in sight.

We pre-booked and pre-ordered for our group, the food was good but service was slow. We had asked if we could pay separately and this was agreed when we booked. This was not possible when we came to pay and the man that we took to be the manager was most confrontational and unhelpful.

To the staff (2/3 people) that were working on Monday night (20th May at 10:30 pm). You simply made the best McDonald's order ever! Everything tasted amazing keep pushing guys and don't worry about the grumpy customers
