Costa Coffee - South Cambridgeshire

Good service and quick ordering. Staff were polite and the restaurant clean and tidy.good selection of drinks and cakes were available also.

Just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to the team at Bar Hill, Cambridge for their help this morning! I rang up at 8:30am asking for 24 coffees for our business for a 9am meeting (it is International Coffee Day after all! . The team didn't even blink and the coffees were ready by 8:45. Brilliant service and I cannot fault them.

Counter and cash-till dusty and dirty. the member of staff who served us wasn't welcoming and even seemed a little put out they had to serve us... we were the only ones in the queue. sort it out costa!!!! glad to get out.

Stopped here at the weekend, they had run out of the Christmas special, however we were served with a smile and a sense of humour even though the chap had been on the go for many hours

After a change in job and location, instead of going to the lovely St Ives, Cambridge store I now go to the Bar Hill store. Now I love Costa and being a bit of an addict go daily, you know what your going to get, the décor is virtually the same and the customer service and friendliness is great. Due to this normal feeling you get in a Costa this store is a big surprise. You do not get the same friendly feel as you walk in the door, most staff are nice however one gentleman in there (wont name him on here) I feel is very rude, even to his colleagues! I know he is not English however he always talks to himself in his language so you never know what he is saying or if it's to you. I find it very rude and am surprised the management has not done anything. I go to this store everyday and can see some customers feel awkward and do not like his customer service. I have now emailed Costa to make them aware as this I feel is affecting the stores sales. Most drinks I feel are served OK the only thing I've had is the frostino's do not taste the same as other stores I feel they are more watery. If they sorted out the unfriendly gentleman the store would be much better.
