The Dukes Head - South Bucks

I recently visited this pub for the first time since the new owners took over, and I must say, it was a disappointment. The pub was very cold, the potatoes and vegetables were bland, and the meal seemed overpriced for something that tasted like a microwave dinner. There was no fresh taste, just a pre-made meal in my opinion. The only positive aspect of the visit was the excellent service from the staff. They were all friendly and prompt. It's disappointing to see that this place, which used to be known for delicious roasts, has lost its charm.

I visited this restaurant for the first time for their Sunday Roast, under new ownership. I was disappointed with the experience. The roast potatoes were tasteless, the vegetables were rock hard and appeared to be frozen. The cabbage and bacon in a creamy sauce was revolting. The meat was decent, but the gravy was tasteless and runny. The previous owners used to serve great roast dinners, but I will not be returning after this experience.

The roast dinners at this restaurant are terrible - the roast potatoes have no taste, the meat is hard and chewy, and the vegetables are disgusting ever since new owners took over. On top of that, the roast dinners are priced at £13.50 and there are no options for children's meals.

Nice pub but awful waitress, I believe one of her colleagues called her Demi. She is very rude and has a lot of attitude. She was coming across very flirty with my partner but was stone faced to me, I don’t like the way she acted. Food was amazing but not happy with my service a rude, flirty, disrespectful young woman.

Absolutely fantastic evening great crowd great entertainment staff amazing couldn’t do enough for everyone considering how busy it was they maintained it with a professional manner these new owners are outstanding And endeavour to keep all ages happy.
