This was my 2nd time at Smashburger. My build your own black bean burger was so delicious the 1st visit, I thought i'd try it again. I ordered a build your own black bean burger with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, mushroom, pepper jack cheese, bacon, avocado, and ranch dressing on a multi grain bun. I received a black bean burger on a multi grain bun, WITHOUT onion, pepper jack cheese, avocado and ranch dressing. I have a 30 minute lunch, so there isn't time to take it back and get one made correctly. Other that not getting what I ordered, the black bean burger did taste good.

Pretty good burger! Everything is very greasy, more than I expected. Super friendly staff.

Smash Burger has the best sandwiches on campus. But the service has remained with this grubhub system. I always have to open my bag and make sure they gave me what I ordered. A month ago I ordered a Crispy Chicken with the works and all I got was a chicken fillet in a bungalow, no salad, tomatoes, nothing. One more time I asked for Ketchup and got none.
