Papa Johns Pizza - South Bend

The staff at this restaurant is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, especially when it comes to delivery. I often work late and miss the regular ordering times, but they are always willing to accommodate my order, even when I'm in a rush.

The delivery service was incredibly fast, arriving in about 25 minutes. The food was delicious, and the delivery driver was both friendly and efficient. The customizable options for each item ordered were excellent.

Excellent experience with papa john. it was a Sunday evening, so it was a 50-60 minute waiting, but the pizza was actually delivered faster than that. the driver was very friendly and the pizza was made perfect. not complaining. I would hope that all my pizza order experiences were so good!

My pizza was 45 minutes lateCold. Slide sideways. All that you could think imaginable. Nightmare. The assisted ordering staff company did a great job taking my order... however the management of ignored answering my phone call for 45 minutes and thus I was hungry and ate an outer slice of this already unappetizing Za. Behold she answers. I explain the situation and she actually hangs up on me because I asked why it took 45 minutes to answer my phone number when my order was already called about at the 1hr delivery mark...Just annoyed. I use to order from there and even carry out was slow but man...really went down hill
