Who has baked potatoes and not FRESH chips or fries?

Food and staff excellent. The ceiling tiles in the dining area were terrible and had visible mold on the exterior of the tiles.

It is a good menu with a quite great variety. The staff was friendly and helpful. Bathrooms could have been a little cleaner and with some paper towels, but all in a nice place for a quick bite.

We just returned from AYOP 2018 that was held at the Joyce Center. We ordered dinner for our team at the McCallisters that is the closest to that venue. We called our order in, for 11, that morning at 10:30 AM for a 5 PM pick up. When we went to pick up our order, there was no record of it. We believe the employee forgot the order, etc. I would like to make it known that the manager of that store was very professional and made our order ASAP and we were out the door in about 20 minutes. Mistakes do happen and he went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure we were happy and satisfied. What could have been a very bad review is now a positive experience at your facility. You have a great manager at this location with excellent customer service skills. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves. He was wonderful!!
