Arby's - South Bend

The customer service at this restaurant is excellent! The employees are attentive and ready to cook your order fresh out of the oven. They are very friendly and I will definitely be returning. This Arby's location is now under new management and the staff are no longer just playing around. The service has improved significantly, so if you haven't visited in a while due to poor service, it's definitely worth giving them another try.

Great service by a gentleman that said he was training someone but yet had time to make sure we had what we needed.Food: 5/5

After paying I was ordered to pull forward, i did not because no one is behind me. Was told a second time within one minute to pull forward. I said I would as soon as someone comes up from behind… i was then given a choice to pull forward or receive a refund and leave.I asked for the refund… someone in the back yelled to him that my burger would be ready in 20 seconds. The cashier closed the drawer and left, came back and threw the bag at me and demanded I leave.Worst Arbys in the state. Do not go here. I could not bring myself to eat my $7 burger because it was likely spat on by their degenerates.
