**Spicy Stinky Tofu:** I’m happy to say that they use genuine fried stinky tofu, perfectly stir-fried with a delicious spicy sauce. Be sure to grab a bowl of rice to go with this dish! **Braised Pork Feet:** These were prepared to perfection. The skin is soft yet chewy, with a wonderful balance of sweet and savory sauce. **Fried Seaweed Fish Fillets:** The fillets are crispy and golden brown on the outside, while remaining tender on the inside. This dish is outstanding, and I have no complaints! **Shanghai Rice Cake:** Many restaurants offer this dish, but it’s rare to find rice cakes that are flavorful, soft, and not greasy! This is a great dish to gauge the chef's skills.

The food is excellent. Just be mindful of the address, as it can be a bit difficult to locate. Food rating: 5/5.

I sampled a few dishes and noticed that the baozi (steamed meat-filled buns) were quite popular. However, I have to say it was one of the worst I'd ever had. In China, you can find four large baozi for around a dollar on the street, and they taste so much better. Even in East LA, there are far superior options. This baozi had oil pooling at the bottom, and the bread was hard, as if it hadn't been steamed properly. The meat inside was bland and lacked flavor.

Was excited to try this place but they were closed at 8:30. Their hours say 9:45! Super disappointed. :

Food was alright. Though the flavors are a little too strong in one direction for my taste.Ordered the beef curry and the beef stew. Both flavors were distinctly trying to fight for taste dominance.
