La Malakenia - SORTINO

Historic pizzeria in Sortino, one of the best. Vast menu. The pizzas, fillings and pizzoli are excellent. Lately I've been looking for reasons to go to Sortino and the stop at Malakenia is a must Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €10–20

Table booked for 8.30pm, once we reach the place we sit down and they explain to us that to eat there is a wait of about an hour, which then doubled in 2 hours. In the context, to stop the wait, we ask for chips but the manager's response is that they don't make chips on Saturdays. I believe that in 2023 making customers wait from 8.30pm for well over 2 hours without anything at the table will be very unpleasant. Finally, they told us that to eat within these 2 hours we could not choose single pizzas but create a pizza tour otherwise the wait increased. Negative experience.
