Ocean Beach Pavilion - SORRENTO

Very disappointed! everything we ordered or wanted had expired! we were handed over dirty plastic wine glasses that said they were fled from glass when there were glass wine glasses at the bar! never again

Our experience was very disappointing. the restaurant had executed from the majority of the items on the menu, so that ordering dinner very difficult. the venue has a great potential, but needs a lot of maintenance to reach an acceptable standard for sorrento main street.

We had the worst experience here, we waited and hour and 15 minutes for our food, but it came in steps. the slippery fleshpatty was so small and burned and the bun was dry. the chicken shoots were $14 for 2 sticks and the meat was unusable. the workers were all very inexperienced and no one warmed us how long it would take. the tables were broken from the back and the toilets were so dirty that they could not be used. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Booked for a birthday celebration for a restaurant seating. Was causal dinning in a tent. Service was poor with staff showing no interest. Half the menu items were not available. Ordered the Lamb ribs with hardly any meat on them, mostly fat. Was not told in advance that the restaurant area was closed ‘due to staff shortages’. This was a very disappointing experience especially for a special celebration.

Great service. Staff were friendly and cocktails were yum! Was a Delay with some food but staff were attentive and fixed the issue quickly once notified.
