Fantastic selection of quiches the world famous sausage roll good.The shop is part local art gallery and pie shop.

My partner is a sausage roll enthusiast and self-proclaimed aficionado, and we couldn't pass by without trying one! Well it did not disappoint one bit. The pastry was more of a dense variety, but we thought it was a good fit and held up really well to support the substantial amount of filling. It was well balanced in it's seasoning, and my partner gobbled up two of them enthusiastically! We stopped in at the end of the day and Jenny was good enough to stay open for us. She was so lovely to give us some tips on where we were staying for the long weekend and share her experience with the city of Sooke, as she has been there for over 20 years. Thanks Jenny!

I loved the bread. Reminded me of home : I've met Jenny last year during my stay in Canada. She was warm and welcoming. We appreciated the love she put in her Cafe. You can feel and see it everywhere. It's a cosy atmosphere. Warm and welcoming. The prices are reasonable. The diversity of the dishes (there are even take away menues as well. Her hospitality, the taste of the food and the service. Don't miss the bread!

A charming and cozy cafe just before the town of Sooke. Homemade jams, pies, pastries and take-out meals. The leek and spinach quiche was delicious, with caramelized onions and a dense texture. Local teas served on site, the Earl Grey is yum. Jenny was on hand, she 's a proud supporter of local artists and calls her cafe 'Little England ', with its homey touches and antique treasures. Nice place for us writers to hang out!

This restaurant is absolutely charming! The food and drinks are delicious, and the atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. The staff is outstanding! I highly recommend trying their lavender Earl Grey tea, which is made with a local brand. They also offer a variety of delicious jams and preserves. If you find yourself in Sooke, this is the perfect spot to grab a coffee or snack, or enjoy a lovely tea date with a friend.
