Taco Bell - Sonoma

The drive-thru experience was extremely unpleasant. We arrived four hours before closing, and the staff member was visibly annoyed and sighing at our order, even though we were the only ones in line. It made no sense to rush us when we were the only customers. If you're that unhappy with your job, perhaps it’s time to consider a change.

For many years, the Sonoma Taco Bell has been my go-to spot for a delicious and budget-friendly meal. However, I've noticed that over the past few years, the quality, speed, and affordability have gradually declined. It truly disappoints me to have to share this review. I used to be a regular customer, often visiting twice a week, but after my experience today—it's been over a month since my last visit—I ended up throwing away more food than I actually ate. It was inedible, and to top it off, they were out of Mexican Pizza. I’m giving it two stars because the staff is always working hard and has a positive attitude; you can see they are doing their best.

I have to say, GINA is an absolute gem. I was having a great day and lost track of time, but she went out of her way to accommodate me and honored the price. It's people like Gina who truly brighten my day!

Huge shoutout to the Sonoma Taco Bell! It's incredibly dependable. You get my order right almost every single time (which is impressive for a Taco Bell) and the place has recently been renovated. The restaurant is always clean, and the staff is efficient and friendly—they even toss in extra hot sauce, which is a nice touch! I've never had a negative experience at this location. Definitely my favorite Taco Bell in town!
