Grotto Efra - Sonogno

In diesem Grotto waren wir schon vor ca 20 Jahren. Das Grotto hat nichts von seinem Charme und der Gemütlichkeit eingebüsst. Der einfache aber leckere Schmorbraten mit Polenta war köstlich. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Trotz der Tourismusströme in diese Tal ist diese Grotto mit seinen Steinbänken und Tischen nicht überlaufen weil die meisten nicht die letzten 500 m laufen vom Dorf bis zum Wasserfall .Der platz eignet sich sehr gut als Pause die Minestrone ist sehr gut .Echte und ehrliche Tessiner Küche.

Very friendly and joyful reception. Run by a young couple and their friends. Very peaceful setting under shady trees near a waterfall. The costine, slow grilled (local speciality), are absolutely the best. A Pocolino or two and a very good Grappa to round everything off...and you feel in in another world.

I recommend reserving a table to eat.

A very friendly team, with numerous culinary gourmet snacks of cheeses, various cold cuts, ham and salami flavors with bread and drinks from the region... very tasteful and spicy, very aromatic also the Insalata Mista including dressing! An absolutely convincing location and courteous hospitality, which delighted my wife and me and invites us to come back soon to take a break at the Froda waterfalls.
