The cuisine, strictly typical, responds not only to the canons of local recipes... but especially to those of excellent quality ingredients. In short: local surrounded by nature (in the true sense of the word,) simple but well-kept (at least externally,) typical cuisine with flavors that stand out on the palate. I liked the vegetarian appetizer very much: broccoletti were delicious, also eggplants, olives. In short: liked. even a simple sausage to the plate (big) was an explosion of flavors. symptom that the raw material is not randomly chosen. taken two first...one is worth the other considering that all the pasta offered is made in the house (personally it was the first time in my life that I ate homemade rigatoni. welcome). Sweet... delicious. He brought me back to my mind the coconut and hazelnut. In short: recommended. price quality ratio, adequate.

Overall really an excellent experience in total relaxation and characterized by simple dishes that have conquered us without deception.

Kindness, good service and many smiles. So are the boys and the chef who manage this place immersed in the fragrant countryside of Sonnino. The kitchen is homemade, simple but delicious.
