We arrived and had lunch outside. but the pallini are all there because, even if the local internally had sins, the friendliness, kindness, concern and professionalism of the manager who greeted us and accompanied us throughout the meal, reward fully. The cuisine, strictly typical, responds not only to the canons of local recipes... but especially to those of excellent quality ingredients. In short: local surrounded by nature (in the true sense of the word,) simple but well-kept (at least externally,) typical cuisine with flavors that stand out on the palate. I liked the vegetarian appetizer very much: broccoletti were delicious, also eggplants, olives. In short: liked. even a simple sausage to the plate (big) was an explosion of flavors. symptom that the raw material is not randomly chosen. taken two first...one is worth the other considering that all the pasta offered is made in the house (personally it was the first time in my life that I ate homemade rigatoni. welcome). Sweet... delicious. He brought me back to my mind the coconut and hazelnut. In short: recommended. price quality ratio, adequate.
Place found almost by chance and then revealed one of those discoveries that doubling the pleasure of the fine meal to itself. the outdoor garden is very cozy and well maintained, the impact is immediately positive as well as the welcome of the landlord, overmodo kind and caring for us to accommodate and advise us on the specialties of the local cuisine. and here comes out all the passion that he and his grandmother cook put in the field, proud of their land and the simple dishes that represent it. dishes cooked and presented well, but above all made with excellent raw materials for a fully satisfactory result. to report and highlight also the competence in wine matter, something not discounted but very appreciated, that has generated a pleasant discussion on the latial cellars and reciprocal advice for new discoveries. Overall really an excellent experience in total relaxation and characterized by simple dishes that have conquered us without deception.

Kindness, good service and many smiles. So are the boys and the chef who manage this place immersed in the fragrant countryside of Sonnino. The kitchen is homemade, simple but delicious. Excellent truffle carbonara. We will definitely return to enjoy the new proposals of young chef Matteo, attentive and cared for with all the customers. Thanks also to Elisa and Giuseppe.
