The panzerotti are fresh (not frozen), the dough is great and also the dry frying. The filling is very good and with variety of tastes, in particular mozzarella does not release serum. The owner is very helpful, on one occasion I asked to prepare them in a smaller format to serve them as an appetizer (among other things) in a dinner at home....obviously a figurone!! !
The panzerotti are spectacular...light, crisp and tasty, clean environment, the cook is delicious, vicine dress, luckily, so I definitely return and really recommend to everyone!! !
