Yutaka Hibachi Steak House Sushi

This is, in my opinion as a self-proclaimed foodie, the best hibachi restaurant in the area. The wait is usually quick unless you arrive right at peak times. The appetizers are fantastic—I'd highly recommend the monkey ball! The drinks, soup, and salad are served promptly, and the chefs consistently deliver an entertaining performance while engaging with the customers. We always end up making friends with those sitting next to us, as everyone feels warmly welcomed. And don’t forget to try the roasted ice before you leave!

This lovely hibachi restaurant is located in the heart of Somerville. The food is fresh and prepared to perfection right before your eyes. The chefs go the extra mile to provide an entertaining show with their skillful cooking. You won't be disappointed with your meal. The waitstaff is friendly and attentive, striking the perfect balance without being intrusive.

I recently had lunch here for the second time, and once again, it was fantastic! We had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming! Cindy especially made an effort to connect with our shy toddler, who couldn’t help but smile and give her a high five before we left. Our host, Jack, was entertaining and hilarious! The food was exceptional—everything from the chicken and scallops to the filet, rice, and noodles was delicious, and the portions were generous enough for us to take some home. We had a great time!

Wife had sushi. I had Hibachi. Great parts. Good value. Many remains for both of us for lunch the next day. Only disappointment was allowed to sit a Hibachi table because the woman had sushi. Hibachi was cooked in the kitchen and brought to our dining table. The room was too quiet. Needs music, otherwise you can clearly hear conversations at other tables. Bonus it? BYOB.

Went on a Friday night about 515. We're greeted immediately and seated. Hostess and waitress were both attentive and accommodating. We had the hibachi filet mignon which literally melted in our mouths cooked to perfection!! We will definitely be back.
