Whole Foods Market - Somerville

I have been coming to this restaurant for years and the food quality is always great. One minor suggestion: there seems to be a lot of missed sales opportunities in the seafood section. I have personally experienced long wait times, sometimes over 10 minutes, just to order seafood. I have seen others leave without being served as well. It would be helpful to have someone there more consistently. Overall, this is a great restaurant with very friendly staff.

I feel safer shopping at Whole Foods in Brookline than at many other places during the pandemic, as they strictly adhere to public health guidelines. Safety is their top priority.

This Whole Foods has a unique sense of community and shopping here is very enjoyable.

Ordered some food for pick up to celebrate a mini thanksgiving at home. Everything itemized and prepared, packaged in this convenient box to be taken out to the car. Carried it out by the handles as instructed, didn’t even make it to the car before the bottom of the box completely exploded because it was wet from the refrigerated food. Accidents happen. Nobody’s fault; just an act of chaos. But the employees saw it happen outside the store, employees and even the manager (I think it was Rick? all came to help me pick up the food items (nearly all in good shape because packages were sealed and protected , exchanged the food, gave me a new dry box with tape for reinforcement, and gave me a gift card for the inconvenience even though it was nobody’s fault. Super nice, friendly, and helpful without being asked or prompted. Above and beyond in terms of customer service.

This is a pretty nice Whole Foods. Good selection and very clean. The staff at this whole foods are SO helpful and friendly. I had a wonderful experience here. Best groceries store in the town and the prices are also decent. While still a quality store. Fresh Vegetables always and clean. I love this place and good quality products too.
