The Kebab Factory An Indian Bistro

I came here because I’ve always walked past it and was curious. Despite of the restaurant name being ‘factory’, the food does not come out quickly. I ordered the tikka masala, vindaloo, large basket, and chicken kebab. It took over an hour to getthe food and surprisingly enough, they all taste like nothing. I’m shocked to taste vindaloo that looks like it has seasoningbut taste like water. The kebab just taste charred. The tikka masala was average at best, but compared to the rest of the meal,it was good. My favorite was the basmati rice. After 1.5 hours I never received my large basket of naan so I called a quits andasked the waitress to take the order off of my bill. She looked really confused and said I didn’t order the basket when sheliterally took my order, explained to me what was in the large basket, and confirmed it when she reread my order. Apparently shedidn’t add it to my order. All in all, I tried a new place and 100% will not be coming back. I would rather pay a little morefor Passage to India, which is always a delight.

Terrible experience tonight. I have been going there for 21 years and have seen 4 owners. Loved their menu especially kebabs. Take any guests who I host. Went with family. Made a reservation for 8, placed an order. One dish came and asked for others andshe said it’s coming. Appetizers weren't fully served. When asked she said it’s not available. Anyways asked for our fullorder and after 20 mins asked her again. She said if I wanted to cancel. Had enough and went to the chef who said the servernever placed order. Then the second dish came but when asked about the third she said I never ordered it Never been thatembarrassed in my life and the worst possible experience. Reading other reviews now makes sense and this place is not managedprofessionally. The two ladies waiting didn’t seem to be trained and didn’t have a clue Hope they can last with this kindof service.

Have ordered tikka masala with paneer multiple times before and been happy. Today order came with no paneer whatsoever. Called restaurant and was told chef typically places only 2-3 pieces of paneer in there (not the case in the past). Definitely lasttime ordering from here

Very very bad choice for biryani. I expected kebabs to be good but they are completely under cooked. They are not polite either. I just opted to see the old people working hard. But this is not a place for good food.

Awful and inedible. I went here with my friends for a weekend lunch buffet and not only was the taste of the food completely bland and awful, some of it was also inedible. The potato stuffing for pani puri was spoiled and was stinking. We informed theperson at the counter and she said she will replace. But the fact that it made it to the counter where people were getting theirfood is itself a big deal. Additionally, pani of pani puri was a giant block of ice thawing in the container. Chicken tikkamasala was full of tomato taste, no paneer to be found in matar paneer and gulab jamun was overly sweet. Absolutely don'trecommend it.
