Style Cafe - Somerville

I ordered a chicken and vegetable soup for pick-up at 1:00 PM and was given a pick-up time of 1:24 PM. No problem, I went to the café and checked in at the register, where the staff member assured me it would be ready soon. However, I didn't receive my soup until 1:50 PM. Despite asking a few times about the status of my order, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the delay from the staff. She simply shook the bag to indicate it was ready and placed it on the counter. I wouldn't have minded the wait if I hadn't been on a lunch break; unfortunately, I should have chosen a different place. I won't be returning.

The food was served quickly and was hot. The staff were very friendly, and the quality of the food was excellent. Additionally, it was reasonably priced.

I keep giving this place a chance because it's convenient for me, but I always end up disappointed. The coxinha is too mushy on the inside and seems undercooked. When I asked about the cheese breads, which are supposed to be 3 for $2, the girl only put 2 in the bag. I won’t be returning.

We loved this café and ate twice on holiday! Great Brazilian cuisine at reasonable prices, with a small town feel it.

Very good food and coffee! I would recommend the breakfast burrito. The frozen coffee was good, but VERY sweet so beware. Location is a bit annoying right now with all the construction, but seems to be a popular place for the hospital employees.
