Bidrage med feedbackI had to knock on the staff-only door to place my order after waiting at the empty front counter for a few minutes. It was a very quiet afternoon, but that...
First, the location itself is easy to find—situated in a small strip mall across from Rite-Aid. I've included photos to help you identify it. While visibility is good, parking is another story; it's severely limited for a place that shares space with more than three other stores. There’s rarely any available parking. I can't help but wonder why the empty side of the parking lot isn’t utilized, as it could significantly increase parking availability. The ordering system can be a bit confusing, especially if you’re waking up groggy or hungover. You need to move to the right and turn around to actually get in line, which often leaves customers puzzled. When you place your order, things can get hectic, especially if regular coffee is being swapped above your head for “quick order” customers. Dunkin’ is not alone in facing this issue; Starbucks has similar problems. On the bright side, the staff is mostly friendly and courteous. Now onto the positives! The displays of donuts, sandwiches, and other goodies while you wait in line are fantastic. I’ve uploaded a photo of one of my favorites, and I must commend the employee who crafted it. Trust me, the picture doesn't do it justice; it looks much better in person! I've also always loved Dunkin’ coffee. Coming from the Midwest, my options for good coffee have typically been limited to McDonald’s or Dunkin’ Donuts, and this location consistently serves up excellent coffee—never burnt and always quick, just the way I like it. A definite A+ in that department! As for the donuts, they're a decent 5/10. They’re your standard grocery store-style donuts, only cheaper. Maybe they’d taste better if they were kept warm on a heating rack? However, the blueberry muffins are a treat, especially when you ask them to warm one up for you. Biting into one feels like a reminder that summer is still alive in my mind! Now, I must address a frustrating experience with the online ordering system. I ordered some donuts and coffee through the app, which works well, but when I arrived to pick up my order, it was at the very back of the pickup lane (I've attached a photo of the seemingly endless line of customers in a hurry). I tried to call out that it was my order, but I was told I needed to get in line and place an order. Really? In the end, I just grabbed my order and left, receiving a few irritated looks from those waiting. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. I wouldn’t mind waiting in line if they had my order ready behind the counter and simply asked for my name. That would be much simpler. So why did I rate this Dunkin’ 4 stars instead of 2 or 3? Because someone at this location genuinely cares and may take customer feedback to heart. After all, they clearly put a lot of effort into those displays. I truly hope we can continue to "run on Dunkin'."
I waited 20 minutes in line when there was only one person in front of me. It took them 15 minutes to take the order of the person in front of me. They had 5 stsff behind the counter, walking around doing nothing. Never will i return to this location.
I was in there yesterday I bought Munchkins.I ask for a cup of ice the woman gave me mean nasty Attitude saying that I was supposed to pay for the cup of ice too.
Every time I come in, it takes them about 10 minutes to check on me. They could be more attentive!
