Mcdonald's - Somerset

Slow service very rare to get a correct order they used to have a few good staff members unfortunately with how management is I can see why they are left with the staff they have, unfortunately the other McDonald’s in Somerset is owned by the same franchise and run by the same upper management and is ran just as bad save yourself a headache and visit Wendy’s, Taco Bell, ect.

I don't know how they mess my order up 8/10 times. it's only when I get double cheeseburgers. They ALWAYS end up with onion. (I get only cheese and ketchup every. time. I wouldn't care if they weren't diced. Constantly having to ruin my meals, waste money then go hungry the rest of my 10 hour shifts.

We dined in with table service, took a min to find a clean table. There were mostly dirty... Also we had to get our food .. they were not busy at all...
