Auntie Anne's - Somerset

Completely out of pretzel bites so I got 2 regular pretzels that were fresh out of the oven and they were completely burnt as you can see

These people are selling old, stale pretzels. I came in expecting to get a delicious Auntie Anne?s pretzel and what I got was hard and dry. Friends traveling with us ordered a large bucket of mini pretzels and was told ?No You can?t have a large you canhave a small?. That?s because the small bucket was full of old stale mini pretzels and they weren?t going to give her a largewithout first getting rid of the old stuff. The staff doesn?t seem to care about the quality of the food here. Someone needs tocare.

This restaurant offers some of the best hot sprinkles and blue lemonade I've ever had, reminding me of my childhood days in Azerbaijan. There was a simple square next to the church where I had my first experience—such nostalgia! But I’ll get back to the restaurant. There were no lines, the restrooms were clean, and they even had massage chairs. What more could a wandering traveler ask for?

They were the only Aunt Anne's open within a 200-mile radius on the West Coast. The pretzels were hot and fresh, even though we arrived just before closing. The employee mentioned that their hours are 10 AM to 6 PM daily, and just for your information, we visited on a Monday. It seems the hours listed on Google are incorrect.

It wasn't open. I typically don't eat there, but I would have this time since nothing else was available.
