We had wonderful experience with them. The food was plentiful, delicious, service awesome, we were in Montana for two days and we went twice. We are looking forward to go back again. Phenomenal across the board. Definitely cooking back and going to bring friends and family to show them the experience. The food is awesome. Pulled pork and brisket are juicy and flavorful. Prime rib is perfectly cooked with a delicious au jus on the side. Ribs are wonderfully seasoned, and cooked to fall off of the bone. Their pork belly has an great dry rub on the outside and is cooked to a perfect point of fat rendering where it melts in your mouth but still has a soft texture, not chewy at all, holding the meat together. Their cornbread is excellent by itself or with the provided butter or honey. The service was friendly, polite, and professional. They checked in on us just often enough to make sure we were doing alright but sporadic enough to allow for conversation. Location was interesting surrounded by ranch and farm land, with wonderful mountain views on all sides. We were there during a sunset and got to watch the sun go down with a beautiful multicolored sky while enjoying our meal and experience. Prices were a little high, but we'll justified for awesome food and an excellent overall experience. Hands down, one of the best restaurants I've been to in Montana. Initially, upon arrival, I thought I was at the wrong location. However, the atmosphere, the food, and the hospitality of both owners, Rudy and Gina, more than make up for it! If you're visiting or simply seeking good food with amazing hospitality, you've got to check this place out! Both Rudy and Gina were fantastic, and I had an incredible conversation with them!
