Fazoli's In Stevens Po - Somers Point

We love the friendly, experienced lady at the counter with the white hair who has the lovely smile. She 's always so nice and welcoming!!!

The help behind the counter (Mary) was super. Very good at upsell. You clearly could tell she loved her job! Very happy atmosphere. Restaurant was clean, temperature was comfortable. Asked several times if we needed breadsticks.(I’ve been at other Fazoli’s that never asked once). This store is top notch. Employees all worked very well together as well. One employee had finished what she was doing and to keep busy she started cleaning another area. I heard Mary thank her. So nice!

Our server Carmel B. was amazing. She was kind,efficient and took time to chat for a moment. We were on our motorcycle and she thoughtfully got us a bag to put our leftover containers in and cautioned us to watch the clouds (it was threatening rain) I would come back to Fazilis just because of her and her coworkers.

The lady looked like she was falling asleep not taking our order then didn’t hear my mom ask what she wanted then had a promo but it told my mom it was over after she asked twice the bread sticks were the only good thing will not be going back

Food was great and there was good customer service! Mary was excellent and very nice she had great customer service
