Dunkin' - Somers Point

The food is usually delicious, but very inconsistent. The coffee suffers from the same unfortunate affliction. You never know what you are going to get, but it's never terrible

Horrible service! Long wait time and they look at you like you owe them something. You should avoid this location.

I waited for nearly 25 minutes for my coffee and bagel. I was told the delay was caused by staff training . I’ve been going here every morning for 12 months and today was my last time . It’s taking forever.

Jason is always so pleasant. They just re-opened after having a remodel so I'm sure they are getting new employees trained and ready to go which caused some delays but Jason is consistently calm and collected : having a friendly experience at order point and window can really alleviate any frustration of wait time.
