Applebee's Grill - Somerdale

One of the worst experiences i’ve had at this location. we were sat for over and hour and it took half of our group 30 minutes to get their food, after we had already finished ours. carmen dilly dallied at the register chatting with coworkers and joked with our table about the food not being out yet. he went back to the kitchen and magically the food was ready and it was all cold. it was obviously sitting out for an extended period of time but he was too busy chatting to bring it out. he was very inattentive, didn’t even give napkins or cutlery until we asked for it. i’d get it if he was running around busy but he was very obviously leisuring around the restaurant. extremely annoying.

Terrible. How did we get here? The team forgot 3/4 of my order, when I asked to speak to manager (Emma) she basically made it seem like it may have been my mistake that I only received a 1/4 of my order. Thieves (Applebees), Emma's managerial attributes...absolutely horrendous. Get it together out there.

Used the card scanner at the table to pay all of a sudden this fraudulent transactions coming out the credit card. Be careful just let the waiter take your payment cause the table machine people can collect your information.

Very prompt service and very tasty! My favorite is the double crunch wings (chose your sauce) and the chicken Wonton Tacos! The proportions are very generous and their menu is not expensive! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The bathrooms are clean and well maintained.

The food was good, our server was exceptional! We had a great time. No complaints.
