Spice Sollentuna

Lacking in quality control: use of vegetables that have gone past their prime. Mushy tomatoes, wilted sallad, etc. The stews were okay flavor-wise. Naan bread was hard and crispy as opposed to soft and fluffy. Overpriced.

Trying Indian food in places across the world is my passion. Spice has the food taste just the one I always wanted to have and anyone will cherish. If you are near Stockholm or Sollentunna, I would highly recommend to visit this restaurant and get the real taste of Indian food.

After 5 years in Sweden I had given up on finding real tasty and spicy Indian food. Then went to Spice last night which is 5 minutes from home and I am in bliss. The food was wonderful and the waiter knowledgeable. The only downside is the ambience and the naan was good but not great. But those are minor things as my wife and I had a wonderful night. The spicyness you can choose from 1 mild to 5 hot. I chose 4 for the mixed grill (beef, lamb and chicken) and 2 for the lentils and lamb (a highlight). The 4 was good but I think next time I will do a 5 to make my scalp prickle. We will definitely be back again

We had lamb and some had chicken. All where very happy. Also clean and nice interior. Staff was friendly and service minded.

Spice has a story about individually spiced food from India. We lacked the atmosphere and the spicy taste. The quality of food is not balanced to the price. And the service was mediocre. We had Chili Chicken, Tikki Lamb and Tikki Chicken spiced level medium and above. But we didn’t really feel the special taste.
