Restaurant with tables full. you could hardly move. very bad ventilation.Essen was cut and too expensive. e.g. no salate incl. had to be ordered costly extra. We won't eat there anymore.
The kitchen convinces with good selection and qilicity.The equipment is characterized by the close connection of the owner to the Bavarian culture. service very attentive
We had (as every year) table and martinsgans with all "drum and to it" ordered a month before. 4 people who already had the water in the mouth together in the thought of a crispy gans, knuckles, red cabbage, chestnuts and the obligatory marzipanapfel. for my friend it should also be the "birth-day snare". When we were moving on, we could not find our reservation. no gans! I was close to the drinking. we were already considering going to chinese. but the Windhövel team has successfully saved the situation. After a short waiting period we got a table that was released for us (frag-mich-not-like). instead of martinsgans there were now menu á la carte accompanied by a marillenlikör from the chef of the house. Otherwise, the Windhövel team was very struggling to save our evening and I think that was successful. We were literally read off every wish from the eyes, although the bude was rugged. (Respect!) At the next goose eat, however, I will personally register in the "golden goose book" because the wind farm goose is the highlight of the year for me. many thanks again to all and until soon.
