Bidrage med feedbackWere four there for dinner. interesting menu, but you want more than you can. eat good but not overwhelming, for the prices you expect more.
The table was reserved and at our arrival we were greeted friendly by the chefin of the house. our table was nicely covered, the menus we received quickly and the menu was explained in detail. the first beverage requests were asked. These drinks came fast and were well temperatured.After we had ordered the food, we received as an amuse gueulle a tuna cream to me two sorts rod bread. the evening started well. after a pleasant waiting period the appetizers came. my gänseleber mousse tasted intensively after goose, but in my opinion for the required price (11€) was too small a portion. I ordered the open red wine, which then also came out well. strong in taste and few tannins. Unfortunately, the dame of the house could not say where this wein comes from...After a not too long break we got the main dish. my two pig fillets (21€) were well roasted, not too dry and well seasoned. the red winey was praiseworthy under the flesh was strong in taste. the highlight were the bratkartoffels that these were exactly as I love: not cut too thick and brown roasted. Unfortunately, the kitchen was not possible to prepare the bratkartoffeln of another gast to our table with speck. the service by chefin and a young worker was good, empty glasses were quickly seen and we were asked more often whether it tasted. my bill, for 2 persons 120€, consisted of a handwritten notebook. in the cleanliness is nothing to expose.Factory: the service was almost good, the ambiente is in order, the eating has tasted very good to me. I mean, however, that for these prices you can expect a little more raffinesse and even more quantity.At the end of January 2017, the bead has to leave these spaces because the house is torn off. I wish a happy hand looking for a new location.
