Bidrage med feedbackSometimes a smile and a “good morning” can be all you need to welcome the day. The team at Queens Cost Coffee always brighten my day. Working at a hospital can sometimes test ones mettle, but the NHS is built on good will, hope and community spirit and these qualities are in evidence in the staff at Queens and in the Costa coffee shop.
I highly recommend visiting this restaurant inside the Touchwood shopping centre. The service is friendly and you can enjoy two delicious decaf lattes. They also offer a great loyalty program and other promotional offers. It's definitely worth a visit.
I haven't been in this Costa for a while as it's not clean in there at all,I did a review before about this but obviously nobody has taken any notice.I went to sit at a table with the soft bucket seats,there was crisps all over the seats and old food all round the seat back so I got some paper napkins and cleaned it all off so I could sit.I use many Coffee Shops in Solihull but this is the worst for cleanliness,there's dust on the wood surrounds and light shades.Don't know how they get away with it with serving food.
The staff at this restaurant are very friendly and welcoming, which is why I enjoy working there every week. The atmosphere is lovely, and my personal favorites are the tropical mango bubble frappe and lemon drizzle loaf. I highly recommend trying them! However, as a regular customer, I have noticed that the lady with the red hair and tattoos on her arms can be a bit rude. One time, she made me a peach iced tea that was too watered down with ice. When I asked if there was anything to sweeten the flavor, she offered to add more ice instead. It was a little busy at the time, but that is no excuse for her cheeky behavior. Since then, I avoid going inside if I see her. Other than that, everyone else is very kind, which is what I appreciate.
The worst Costa I have ever been in… staff are mess and unprofessional. Counter top looked like a disaster zone. While staff moan and groan about the job! Staff training required asap!
