Where do I start?? We walked 20 minutes from 5th avenue to go to two other restaurants that closed early that day (a vegan burger joint comet something and plantivores). After sweating and almost melting we went to the third option Coral Vegan. And wow I am so glad they did not close early! The pizza by far is the best vegan pizza I have ever had! The owner was super friendly and gave us a description of the pizzas and recommendations. She also told us the process of how they make their amazing cheese. The off the menu empenada was truly delicious! The pina drink was very refreshing after that long walk. And the pizza wa perfect from the crust to the cheese. We did half and half which she recommended as well. Thank you for your amazing food and hospitality I can’t wait to eat their again the next time I return to Playa!
