Sushi Exchange - Soldotna

This is my favorite spot to satisfy my cravings for sushi or Chinese/Japanese cuisine. All of the dishes we ordered were delicious and served in generous portions. However, we noticed that the more we ordered, the smaller the servings seemed to be. For example, the 6-piece spring egg rolls that used to have 6 pieces, now only had 4.

My wife and I had the best sushi ever at this restaurant. The portions were big as well.

I've only ever had great experiences with Sushi Exchange. The food is always ready when they say it will be, it's of great quality, and the workers are very kind. I recommend the Bubble Tea if you haven't tried it. Very good boba.

Currently, the restaurant is doing drive through ordering and pick up due to remodeling. Service was friendly and food was delicious and filling!

Oh my GOD, my teriyaki chicken was perfect???? definitely will be getting it again, perfect amount of fried rice as well. So so good
