Northern Lights Delights - Soldotna

Very cute ice cream drive through. Red head service was great!! I loved my peanut butter Oreo snowstorm!!! Simply awesome all together. This is a must, for hot summer days!!!

I'm from San Diego and I don't know anyone associated with this establishment, but I love ice cream in all of its forms. Luckily they had just received their supply of Reese's Peanut Butter Cups so I could get a SNOWSTORM made with chocolate soft serve and RPBC's. All I can say is that I'll be back even though it's about 50 miles from where I'm working for the summer.

Seriously the BEST soft serve ice cream I've ever had. My parents and I stopped here on a whim. SO glad we did.

Cute ice creams shaped building. Owner/operator is super friendly. Soft serve ice cream was delicious, and perfect for a hot (yes, it does get warm during the Alaskan summer) and sunny day.
