Alaska's Reel Cafe - Soldotna

The best eatery in Soldotna. Friendly people great food. I have worked with Ray and his wife since they opened. I have sent many a guest there to eat. Our lodge does not have food service and our guests constantly tell me how great the food is and how great the service. (So figure this review representing over 50 families and groups over the last 2 years. Never a complaint. The drive through is my favorite on the trips to town. Root Beer Floats, Ice Cream Waffle cones, Coffee, and the ever present Red Bull Smoothy that I need for those early morning halibut runs. I especially love the maple bacon bar donuts. OH MY.. they are awesome and only place in Soldotna to get them.
