Very nice place the food is tasty and the prices are good !

The place propose a very big menu , very easy with the pictures …everything what we had was delicious, except the baklava which was dry but they took it out from the bill . I would recommend to put some more spices in the dishes : The service was perfect, very fast.

I am really sorry that I can’t give them more than 5 start. Because the food and the restaurant definitely deserve at least 7 stars. The humus with pesto is nothing else, but wonderful! But the staff and the management the manager Bassem is like Gin from Aladdin’s story kind, funny and extremely helpful. If you want to taste delicious Lebanese cuisine and famous meddle east hospitality this is you place!

Coming to this restaurant is one of the worst decisions I have ever made to be precise: 1_ they don't make the difference between grilled chicken and fried chicken. 2_ the waitress dropped beer on me and made us pay for it 3_ the restaurant owner is very rude and disrespectful when we tried to complain he said directly to us that we have to eat without complaining. It was one of the worst experiences highly unrecommended

This is the worst restaurant ever I have visited in Bulgaria. The service is horrible, we waited for more than 40 minutes to get the dish and we ordered grilled chicken but we get fried chicken (uneatable chicken) and when we called the waiter to inform him that we have requested grilled chicken but we get fried chicken he was arguing that it's grilled and then we said can you at least take the chicken and grill it, he said wait and I will comeback, then the son of the owner of the restaurant come and he started talking in rude way while we was talking to him in good way and then he started saying this is the only chicken we have and it's grilled and we told him this is fried chicken as you can see it's oily and you can taste it to see, then he keep talking in rude way with arrogance, then we asked him if we can to talk to the owner of the restaurant then he presented him self as the son of the owner and if we need to talk to anyone we can talk to him only and he was very rude and not polite at all, and after long discussion we told him can you take this chicken and grill it (we don't need replacement, we just want it to be cooked more and grilled), he took the chicken and he returned it back same as he was, he did not even try to cook it more or grill it. This is unbelievable and the worst experience ever!!! When we informed him nothing changed and the chicken returned back as he was and cold, he said if you don't like it you can leave as that's what he have so it's up to you to eat it or leave it. I highly recommend to not visit this restaurant at all, horrible services and uneatable food and very rude behavior from the son of the owner restaurant. I couldn't believe my self at all, how come they treat us in this way. Unprofessional and rude. Note: the only person who was nice is the brunette Waitress even though she dropped cup of beer on my friend leg by mistake and he was charged for it, but that's not the issue. I will make an official complaint to the necessary parties and to NCCC, because of what happened and for the horrible services and arrogance of the staff and son of the owner. THIS RESTAURANT IS HIGHLY UNRECOMMENDED !!! HORRIBLE SERVICE AND RUDE SON OF THE OWNER
