Extremely bad service! The worst in Sofia! The personnel are lazy and aggressive against clients. I do not recommend this experience.

We found a bug in the spaghetti Carbonara. The other dishes from the lunch menu were more salty than they should be. Also, we didn’t expect salad on top of a chicken dish. It was not that bad in taste in my opinion and yet wasn’t described properly in the menu. i’m I wouldn’t go back there to be honest.

Great place with unique atmosphere! Kitchen is fresh and very good. Congrats for the nice and well trained people! They made our stay very pleasant. Thank you!

Perfect Quality/price ratio! Very high quality fresh food! Its rare lately in Sofia. Strong recommendation in case you like this type of food!

I have been in Arrivera several times decent food and ok prices.. I was always paying by credit card. Last time, when I asked for the bill they informed me that they do not accept credit cards.. I couldn't cover the amount by cash and although I offered various other options, they forced me to let my company and go outside trying to find an operating atm in the middle of the night. Completely unacceptable behaviour!
