Bidrage med feedbackWe stayed at the Enders Hotel in June of 2023. We loved our stay! It is under new management and many improvements have been made. The new manager is delightful. She has masterfully mixed the antique with modern conveniences. Updated mattresses, pillows, and bedding were comfortable. We stayed in 1st and 3rd floor rooms, with private bathrooms. There is no elevator, but that was no problem as there are a couple of private bath suites on the main level. The towels were plentiful, spotless, soft, and thick. The water was hot and rooms were quiet. All of our rooms were clean and free of any funky smells. No stains or goo anywhere. The included breakfast was good- eggs, bacon, sausage, muffins, bagels, toast, fruit, juice, milk, coffee, etc. All staff were friendly, kind, and catered to us personally. We loved stepping out the back door of the hotel and watching the geyser erupt. (Minerals from the geyser's mist coat windows, so you may want to park in front. The hotel sits right next to the train tracks, but complimentary ear plugs are offered to guests (and we recommend you utilize them . In the hotel there is a small gift shop, cafe', and museum, as well as a large room available for receptions. If early 1900s ambience and history are your thing, you will love staying at the Enders! We were very comfortable and can't wait to go back again!
Weird but clean. Haunted? Food was inconsistent and not good but still pretty much better than anything else in Soda Springs
Excellent hotel and restaurant. 100 years old in 2017!! I'm so glad they've renovated the hotel and restaurant to its Roaring Twenties glory! Amazing decor. Amazing rooms (get the air conditioned ones in the Summer. Fun restaurant. Wonderful gifts including antiques in the gift shop. And to top it all off the geyser is incredible and more regular than Old Faithful! The town is small, but historic and fun. Don't miss the town park!!
Excellent food and a pleasant lodging experience on my brief business trip. I think I was the only guest that night. Very old school and eclectic. The geyser and trophy heads were amazing. Will return if I have to come this way again.
I 've not _stayed_ in the hotel, but have eaten here and toured the museum several times. I plan on staying there soon. The food has always been quite good, well prepared, and typical down-home fare. It is not haute cuisine. Soda Springs is a small, classic American-west town. As for the woman that claimed the hotel doesn 't show their policies on their website; endershotel.org/rooms.ht… Google is your friend. It took me 15 seconds. And the site has been in place since 2010. If you 're a big-city person who is looking for a Waldorf-Astoria or a Grand America experience, this is not the hotel for you. If you 're looking to experience the old west in a town that is filled with interesting history and has a terrific springs (Hooper), then you 'll likely enjoy your stay. Beware, it 's terribly cold in the winter months.
