Golden Chick - Snyder

Mmmm missed Texas food.. everything was fresh , hot.. place needed to be cleaned ice cream machine didn't work no sign advising you before you wasted a perfectly good cone?

Went thru drive thru. The outside looked nice.Food..ordered 4 piece roasted chicken w/mashed potatoes. They didn't have any white meat ready..so I took the dark 2 thighs 2 legs. Chicken wasn't the freshest but ok..mashed potatoes w/gravy not good dinner roll was good. I think I came at the wrong time of day! It was all cold by the time I got to my room not even slightly warm..good thing motel rooms have microwaves.

This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a golden chick as soon as you walk in no help at counter for at least ten minutes once service comes the rudest people I have ever dealt with in my life food was all wrong couldn't even complete a proper 4 piece tender they had no sides of the meal and couldn't even tell hot from regular tender tried to argue that I was mistaken biggest Hassel to even get my money back I will never be coming back here and I stronger suggest you do the same try at your own risk

Didn't get complete order, chicken was dry and tasted old, okra was over fried.Coleslaw had so much vinegar unable to eat. This is the third time we have tried in Snyder and will never go again,Period!!!!!

The new GM Hannah Sosa was a delight and very professional, store was emulate! Kuddos to her on her promotion and to her crew job well done!
